Karen Foster Sneaks Day #4

Here is some more fun from Karen Foster.  Today I will be showing you my Peek A Box project as well as a layout that uses the Little Boy line of papers and stickers...both cardstock and stacked.  NOTE: Excuse the photos, as you can see there are dents in my layout.  ACE sat on it the other day right before I got my photos taken...what a good dog...NOT!

Here is my box.  My youngest son has less Legos in his collection and my glue gun was working overtime on this project.  But, what a perfect piece to hold all those little legos.  Just what the doctor, or neat freak mother, asked for.  Click on the image to get a better look at this fun project.

Here is my layout!

Here is a close up of the cardstock and stacked stickers.  I also used my Copic markers and handdrew my own flames.  Kind of fun!

In this shot you can see more stickers and some of the papers that I cut out to create the road.  I love how it pops against the white cardstock.  You can also see the myStamp Box stamps I used to create some extra effects on the cardstock.  I love doing this with small word stamps.  It is subtle while adding some thing extra to a layout.  Got to get my plug in for Bettina's fun products.

In order to be entered in the drawing to win a bunch of new goodies from Karen Foster Design please leave a comment on my blog today. And if you missed any other day this week go back and leave a comment there also. Winner will be chosen at random and posted on Saturday - only one entry per person, per post and international entries are welcomed! Also stop by Carole Janson and Alice Golden's blogs for more peeks and even more chances to win.

  1. The box is super cute. Andrew would shoot me if I took from his Legos although if he never saw the finished product he wouldn't miss them. LOL

  9. Love that box. The layout really appeals to me, though, as I have sons and a dgs that I'm still working on, and those papers would be wonderful - thanks!
