"Crafty" Girl Yumminess

OMGosh...what a great snack and so healthy for you.  Try this recipe from one of my online friends Angie.


4 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 "stevia spoon" of Stevia

Whisk and pour in frying pan like an omlet
sprinkle of cinnamon
Cover for a minute so it can fluff. Flip

Cook just like an omlet, but don't fold. After fully cooked spread 1 tbs of nut butter all over and roll.
