A Little Luck Before March 17th (Karen Foster St. Patrick Line)

Have you ever used a photo more then once on more then one layout. Come on, don't you have that favorite photo that you have used more then once? Well, I do and I'm not afraid to admit it. I even have two.

Here is one of those photos.  An oldie but goodie.  I used it in this current St. Patrick's Day layout I did for the Karen Foster Winter CHA booth. I do have St. Patrick's day photos but I always come back to this one of Grady. It is just perfect.

I just can't not use this photo.  Look how stickin cute he is.  Grady is three years old in this photo.  He is now ten.

This layout was super simple and fun to do.  It did not take a lot of time, and by using just a few supplies I created a super cute layout in now time.  One sheet of green cardstock, one sheet of Irish Plaid KF paper, one sticker sheet, and one set of brads.

Great images on this sticker sheet.

You can create texture on your page by embossing pieces of cardstock and layering them over the same color.  You can also mount your stickers on cardstock and then attach them with dots.

The St. Patrick Day Image Brads are fun to use.  They are huge and pop off the page without and adheasive.

Here is a card I also made using some leftovers after the layout.

A close up.

I will post my other most favorite used photo tomorrow.  Check back and see.

REMEMBER to sign up for my upcoming Valentine Kids Class being held in my studio on either Feb. 6th or 11th.

  1. He IS stinking cute! I did a photo shoot with Hayden when he was maybe 5-6 months old, and I swear I've scrapped several of those pictures multiple times. One layout was published, so someone else liked the pics too! :)

  2. How fun! Precious photo of Grady. I'm already thinking of St Patty's Day and Valentine's Day isn't here yet. I've been feeling crafty since I got the new craft room. LOL Like the card too - you've inspired me to pull out my embossing folders. :)

  3. You have inspired me once again. Never thought to use embossed card stock the same color. Also never thought to use my heart embossing folder for other than Valentine cards. Oh and Grady is precious in your layout. Thanks for sharing. <3
