Helen and I finished up our Project 12 March pages on Wednesday and we are so excited. We are caught up. What a great feeling.
Here is a close up of my title and journaling. My own handwriting again. Love how this turned out. I first wrote it all in pencil, then colored some of the highlight words in a different color to make them pop. Used my thin sharpies for that part. I then took one of my wide tip Copic markers and highlighted some of the text.
The title is made from AC Thickers stickers attached to white Bazzill then cut out. I then stuck them on some red Bazzill and cut that out. And ofcourse I pop dotted them over the journaling area. No tiny alphas today...I took a little break.
Here is a close up of the date area. I cut out the hexagons from a scrap of the orange SR paper I used in the layout. I felt it needed a little orange in that bottom corner to balance it all out. I used glue dots to attache them, which gave it a little height off the page.Well, that is it for me for today. Off to baseball practice in a bit. Bringing my knitting with me. Oh, did I tell you I am teaching myself to knit now...like I have nothing better to do.
I like how you used red pen to highlight some of the words in the journaling.
